Royal Peptides Review: Quick Verdict
Affiliate disclosure
Peptide Dosing Protocols earns a commission when you buy through our Royal Peptides link or use code GARRET, at no extra cost to you. That does not change what we report, including the FDA letter and the failed tests below.
Is Royal Peptides legit?
Royal Peptides is a US-based vendor founded in 2023, with a large catalog and warehouses in the US, Canada and the EU. Independent testing is mixed: Finnrick has 34 tests at a 75% rating, with tirzepatide the strongest and retatrutide the weakest. In August 2026, the FDA sent Royal a warning letter naming seven of its products as unapproved new drugs, and as of October 2026 they're still for sale. Several lookalike sites use the Royal name, so check the address before you pay.
This review sticks to records you can check yourself: the FDA's letter, Finnrick's test page, Royal's COA vault, and Royal's own policy pages. We give the date for every number, because these numbers change.
We don't give Royal a star rating. A single score would hide the parts that matter most here: a federal warning letter, a split test record, and a real lookalike-site problem. Read the sections that matter to you and decide.

The FDA Warning Letter to Royal Peptides
On August 24, 2026, the FDA sent a warning letter to Royal Peptides LLC in Boynton Beach, Florida. The letter number is MARCS-CMS 734884. It came from the FDA drug center's Office of Unapproved Drugs and Labeling Compliance. You can read the full letter on fda.gov.
A warning letter is a formal notice that the FDA found violations. It asks the company to respond and fix them. It is not a court ruling, a fine, or an order to close.
What the letter says
- The FDA reviewed royal-peptides.com in July 2026.
- It names seven products: tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, SS-31 (elamipretide), PT-141, tesamorelin and BIMORELIN, Royal's tesamorelin and ipamorelin blend.
- It calls all seven "unapproved new drugs" and cites sections 505(a) and 301(d) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
- It asked Royal to respond in writing within 15 business days.
The letter also addresses Royal's "research use only" labels. In a footnote, the FDA says that despite those labels, the website showed the products were meant for people. It points to bacteriostatic water sold alongside a "peptide guide" and "peptide calculator", which it says "collectively provide the means to prepare an injectable drug for human administration."

No. The page was last updated September 1, 2026
Question

Question
Does Royal mention the letter on its site?
What we found
We didn't find a mention

We can't tell you what happens next. The FDA doesn't publish every step, and companies often respond privately. What we can say is that the letter exists, what it names, and that we found no public close-out as of our check date.
Why we include this
Royal isn't the only peptide vendor to get an FDA warning letter. But this letter is public and recent, it names some of Royal's best-selling products, and other review sites already cover it. Leaving it out would not be honest.
Official Royal Peptides Site vs Lookalike Domains
Royal's own "official website" page says royal-peptides.com is its "only website and store". Its rule of thumb is "royal + hyphen + peptides". It names two sites it says it does not run. We found a third that shows up in Google results for "royal peptides review".
We don't know who runs these other sites, and we aren't accusing anyone of anything. We can only report what Royal says and what we saw.

Four checks before you pay
- 01
Check the address bar
It should read royal-peptides.com, with one hyphen and no extra letters. Watch for .ca, .net, .shop or an added "s".
- 02
Use a known link
Use the Royal Peptides link on this page or type the address yourself. Royal warns that lookalike sites may buy ads or rank for its name.
- 03
Pay only at checkout
Be wary of any request to pay by gift card, wire, or a personal transfer sent through chat or email. Royal says it will never ask for full card or bank details that way.
- 04
Check the batch COA
Find your vial's batch number in Royal's COA vault. If you can't find it, ask Royal before you use the vial.
Royal Peptides vs Royal Research Peptides
These are different vendors. Royal Research Peptides uses royalresearch.co and has its own Finnrick page, with no tests as of October 2026. This review covers Royal Peptides at royal-peptides.com only.
Royal Peptides on Finnrick (Independent Testing)
Finnrick is an independent testing service. It gets vendor samples and sends them to outside labs, then rates vendors on the results. Royal has one of the larger test records we have seen, which makes it more useful than a single test.

The latest test is dated August 25, 2026. Finnrick also lists CJC-1295 + ipamorelin and KLOW for Royal, with no tests yet.
What the results say, in plain words
- Tirzepatide is the strongest. Finnrick describes "steady recent passing identity, purity, and quantity results."
- Semaglutide is mostly strong, but Finnrick says its rating is capped by the latest purity miss.
- Retatrutide is the weakest. Finnrick calls it "more volatile, with repeated sub-99.5% purity misses and a severe short-fill." A short-fill means the vial held less peptide than the label says.
- Batch IDs are often missing from Royal's retatrutide samples, per Finnrick. That makes it harder to tie a result to a specific lot.
Recent Royal retatrutide results on Finnrick
Finnrick shows the 10 most recent tests, so this covers 7 of Royal's 15 retatrutide tests.

The pattern since February is mostly passing. But two failures in four weeks, plus a short-fill, is why retatrutide pulls Royal's rating down. If retatrutide is the product you care about, weigh this more than the overall score.

Royal's COA Vault: What It Shows
A certificate of analysis (COA) is a lab report for one batch. Royal posts its COAs on a page it calls the COA vault. This is Royal's own documentation. It is useful, but it is not the same as independent testing.

The reports come from five labs: Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics, Vanguard, Accumark and ILS. Janoshik accounts for most of them.
Three things to notice
- Most results are rounded. 54 of the 61 results say "99%+" instead of an exact number. Open the report itself to see the real figure.
- Several batch IDs are generic. Codes like "RT10", "RT15" and "TZ20" look like product codes, not lot numbers. That makes matching a vial to a report harder.
- Some reports aren't posted yet. Ten records, including four for semaglutide, say "Report not yet linked". One record is labeled as a Janoshik link but lists Freedom as the lab.

Purity is one measure. A COA should also confirm identity and the amount in the vial. Check the full report.
How to check a Royal COA
- 01
Find the batch on your vial
Write down the batch or lot code on the label.
- 02
Search the COA vault
Find the same compound, size and batch code on Royal's COA page.
- 03
Open the report
Check the lab name, test date, identity result, purity and the measured amount, not just the "99%+" badge.
- 04
Verify with the lab
For Janoshik reports, use the verification link to confirm the lab issued it. We couldn't open Janoshik's site with our tools, so we didn't check these ourselves.
What Customers Say About Royal Peptides
Royal's Trustpilot profile has been removed. On October 30, 2026, the page for royal-peptides.com said: "This profile has been removed. The business you're trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." Trustpilot doesn't say which guideline.
Before the removal, search results showed about 87 reviews with a TrustScore of about 4 out of 5. Snippets praised fast shipping. One one-star review described a large order that was cancelled. We can no longer open those reviews, so treat these figures as old.
Royal hosts its own "verified reviews" page. Those reviews are chosen and shown by the vendor, so they aren't independent.
"Royal peptides reddit" gets about 90 searches a month, but we didn't find Reddit threads focused on this vendor. Some third-party sites, such as PepLookup, have written about Royal. None of them is independent lab testing.
Reviews and lab data answer different questions
Customer reviews tell you about shipping and service. COAs and independent tests tell you about the product. For Royal, the Finnrick record is the strongest independent signal we have.
What Royal Peptides Sells
Royal lists about 140 products. Many come as single vials, 10-vial kits, or both. About half of the listings are wholesale 10-vial SKUs. Royal also sells oral tablets and capsules, HGH and HCG kits, liquids and pens, which PDP doesn't cover.
The table below covers the peptides PDP has research guides for. Each link goes to our guide for that compound, not to Royal.

Royal Peptides Shipping, Payment and Returns
Royal ships from warehouses in the US, Canada and the EU. Shipping is free on US orders over $300. Royal's FAQ says the same threshold applies to supported destinations in Canada and the EU, but its site banner says "USA domestic".
Royal promises "same-day tracked dispatch on qualifying orders" but doesn't define which orders qualify. It doesn't promise transit times. Its policy says processing depends on payment confirmation, stock, order volume and the warehouse.
Payment
Royal says payment methods "change and are always shown at checkout". Its site has guides for paying with crypto and for paying with Cash App using USDC or Bitcoin. It also mentions a third-party service called Peer. We didn't see card payment described on the pages we read.
Crypto and Cash App payments are hard to reverse. That makes the official-site check above more important. Only pay on the royal-peptides.com checkout page.
Returns
Sales are final. Royal says research materials "generally cannot be returned or exchanged", because it can't verify how they were stored after delivery. Its policy adds that this doesn't remove any refund right the law requires.
For damaged or wrong items, report the problem quickly with photos and keep all the packaging. Royal's terms say chargebacks "may result in account restriction", and that it may share order records with the payment provider.
Inspect your order the day it arrives
Check every vial, label and seal as soon as the package lands. Take photos before you open anything, and contact Royal right away if something is wrong.

Who Royal Peptides Fits (and Who Should Look Elsewhere)
Royal may fit a buyer comparing GLP research prices who will check each batch COA and pay only through the official checkout. Its tirzepatide record on Finnrick is the strongest part of its testing history.
Look elsewhere if a vendor's regulatory history matters to you, if you want the strongest retatrutide testing record, or if you need card payment or the option to return an order.
Royal sells its products for laboratory research use only. Anyone considering research peptides should follow the rules where they live. Our peptide supplier reviews cover other vendors with the same method.
How We Reviewed Royal Peptides
We read the FDA's warning letter and its status page. We checked Finnrick's Royal Peptides page on October 27 and again on October 30, 2026. We read Royal's COA vault, About page, FAQ, coupon page, official-website page, shipping and returns policy, terms, payment guides and partner program page.
We checked each lookalike domain by hand and looked at live Google results for "royal peptides", "royal peptides review" and "royal peptides coupon code". We checked Trustpilot on October 30, 2026.
We did not buy or test any Royal product ourselves. We couldn't open Janoshik's verification site with our tools, so we didn't confirm those 48 reports. Finnrick sells a paid vendor report about Royal. We didn't use it.
Peptide Dosing Protocols earns a commission when you buy through our link or use GARRET. The commission doesn't change what we report. We'll update this page if the FDA posts a close-out letter, if Finnrick's numbers move, or if Royal's terms change.
Royal Peptides Review: Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is Royal Peptides legit?
Royal Peptides is a real US vendor, founded in 2023, with a large catalog and a public COA vault. Its record is mixed: Finnrick rates it 75% across 34 tests, with 9 failures, and the FDA sent it a warning letter in August 2026. Buy only from royal-peptides.com, and check the batch COA for your vial.
Q2: Did Royal Peptides get an FDA warning letter?
Yes. The FDA sent Royal Peptides LLC a warning letter dated August 24, 2026 (MARCS-CMS 734884). It names tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide, SS-31, PT-141, tesamorelin and BIMORELIN as unapproved new drugs. As of October 30, 2026, the FDA page shows no close-out letter.
Q3: What is the official Royal Peptides website?
royal-peptides.com, with the hyphen. Royal says it is its only website and store. Check the address bar before you pay.
Q4: Is royalpeptidesusa.com Royal Peptides?
No. Royal's official-website page says royalpeptidesusa.com is not operated by Royal Peptides, and the same goes for royalpeptides.ca. royals-peptides.com, with an extra "s", is not the official domain either.
Q5: Does Royal Peptides test its peptides?
Royal posts batch COAs from five labs, mostly Janoshik, in its COA vault. That is the vendor's own documentation. Independently, Finnrick has tested Royal 34 times: tirzepatide rates 80%, semaglutide 74% and retatrutide 70%.
Q6: Where is Royal Peptides located?
The FDA's warning letter addresses Royal Peptides LLC in Boynton Beach, Florida. Royal's own site doesn't list an address. It says it ships from warehouses in the US, Canada and the EU.
Q7: What is the Royal Peptides discount code?
PDP's code is GARRET for 10% off eligible items. Royal's own public code, ROYAL10, is also 10% off. You can use one code per order. See our Royal Peptides discount code page for details.
Q8: Is Royal Peptides the same as Royal Research Peptides?
No. Royal Research Peptides uses royalresearch.co and is a different vendor. This review covers Royal Peptides at royal-peptides.com.
Q9: Why was Royal Peptides removed from Trustpilot?
Trustpilot's page says the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot." It doesn't say which guideline. Before the removal, search results showed about 87 reviews with a score of about 4 out of 5.
Q10: Does Royal Peptides accept credit cards?
We didn't see card payment described on Royal's pages. Royal says payment methods are shown at checkout, and its site has guides for crypto and for Cash App using USDC or Bitcoin.
Q11: What is Royal Peptides' return policy?
Sales are generally final. For damaged or wrong items, report the problem quickly with photos and keep the packaging. Royal says chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
