Where Cartalax Cycle Schedules Come From
Community schedules are not clinical protocols
Published Cartalax research used cultured cells. It did not test injectable doses, dose increases, cycle lengths, or time off between cycles in people.
Cartalax is the short peptide Ala-Glu-Asp, also called AED. Its published research focuses mainly on cartilage-related cells, gene expression, and cell aging.
Human stem-cell study
Researchers used 200 ng/mL AED in cultured human mesenchymal stem cells and measured cartilage-related markers.
Rat chondrocyte study
Researchers also used 200 ng/mL AED in cultured rat cartilage cells and measured cell growth.
No cycle comparison
No published study compared 8, 12, and 16-week Cartalax cycles.
No dose conversion
A concentration used in a cell dish cannot be converted directly into an injectable dose for a person.

The 16-week cycle creates the highest total exposure among the staged schedules. Human long-term safety and repeated Cartalax exposure have not been established.
Cartalax 10 mg for 20 Days
A separate schedule discussed online uses 10 mg per day for 20 days. It does not follow the gradual 2β5 mg schedule used in the longer cycle examples.

Do not mix oral and injectable schedules
Twenty-day courses also appear in some oral Cartalax product directions. An oral product schedule does not validate injecting 10 mg of pure AED each day.
No controlled injectable study was identified that supports a 10 mg daily amount, a 20-day duration, or a 200 mg total cycle.
